Gideon Scott Holland is an experienced junior whose practice includes frequent instruction in contractual disputes. He has been active in arbitration and litigation, and his extensive contractual expertise extends across JCT, ICE, NEC and PFI formats. As well as being an experienced advocate in the TCC, in the Court of Appeal and in arbitrations, he is frequently engaged as an adjudicator and mediator.
