GISELLE M. BARTH is a partner in the New York office. Her practice focuses on structured finance, including registered and private term securitizations in single family rental transactions (single-asset and multi-borrower), traditional asset classes such as ABS (auto loan and lease and equipment) and mortgage-backed securitizations (RMBS and CMBS) and CRE CLOs.
