Manatt Real Estate Partner Grace Winters’ deep knowledge of the real estate industry has established her as the go-to advisor for organizations across the full spectrum of industries. Her clients range from major investment fund managers to multifamily housing and industrial investors and developers to universities as they consider expanding and repositioning their real estate holdings through complex transactions across the nation. Grace is well accomplished at handling all aspects of real estate transactions. With a particular skill set in joint ventures, she has vast experience that includes negotiating and closing purchase and sale transactions, development transactions, and financings, as well as negotiating complex development joint venture agreements, commercial and ground leases, construction contracts, property management agreements, loan documents, covenants, conditions and restrictions, and related ancillary transaction documents.
As a trusted industry advisor, Grace has also established herself as a thought leader, co-authoring numerous articles for leading publications such as Daily Journal, Law360, Inside Higher Ed and the NAIOP’s Development magazine.
