Gregor Evenkamp advises domestic and foreign commercial, universal and investment banks as well as investment companies and securities trading firms with respect to domestic, European and international banking and capital markets law, especially banking supervisory law, investment law and securities law.

Gregor advises international clients on structuring, documentation and distribution of domestic and foreign (investment) funds (including hedge funds), structured products and alternative investment; including the negotiation of related agreements.
