Practice Areas
Gregory Gemignani is a Member and Gaming Practice Group Chair based in Dickinson Wright’s Las Vegas office. His practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law, gaming law, technology law, internet law, online gaming law, and online promotions law. He has represented many clients ranging from the largest casino companies to start-up internet ventures. He is also a professor of law at the University of Nevada Law School where he has been teaching gaming law related courses since 2004. Finally, he is a frequent lecturer for the International Center for Gaming Regulation where he has been teaching gaming compliance, sports wagering, and gaming law courses to gaming regulators, gaming operators and legislative members from more than 60 gaming jurisdictions, including specialized programs for South Africa, Ghana, Japan, and Australia.
