Career
Gregory Lebrun is a partner in the Baker McKenzie Dispute Resolution team, based in Brussels. He is heading the Belgian Dispute Resolution & Arbitration practice.
Gregory has a particular focus on international litigations and arbitrations, notably in the construction, technology, and pharma sectors.
He has an extensive experience and a very good track record before commercial courts (including in summary proceedings), Council of State and International Courts. As well as representing clients in disputes, Gregory advises on dispute avoidance and project management issues. Him and his team are known to manage pressing and/or critical situations and to assist large clients with crisis and reputational management.
He is also known as a skilled negotiator, this especially in the frame of commercial contracts conclusions, settlements, and discussions with public authorities.
