Partner Greg regularly works with private equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity restructurings, and divestitures. He has structured, negotiated and closed many transactions within a variety of industries. Greg is a co-head of the Firm’s Private Equity Practice Group and co-head of the Chicago Office’s Transactions Practice Group.
