Guilhem has nearly 30 years’ experience advising on both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, as well as R&I litigation and advising on distressed investments.

He has been acting on some of the most challenging and high profile transactions and restructurings in the French market. He represents French and international companies and investment funds on crisis management and restructuring. He also represents major companies, their shareholders, and creditors notably in the transport, retail, finance, and industrial sectors.
