Partner in Demarest's Public and Regulatory Law practice area, Henrique Reis holds an LL.M. degree in Business Law from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), a specialist degree in Finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC) and a bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV). He concentrates his practice in strategic projects for large business groups in the electricity sector before ANEEL, the MME and other entities in the sector. Henrique provides specific legal advice regarding energy generation (PCHs, UTEs, UFVs, EOLs) during authorization and technical qualification processes for regulated auctions and generation projects.
