He has wide advisory and transactional experience in the corporate practice and specialises in mergers and acquisitions and corporate litigation, including corporate investigations. Jan Willem has been involved in numerous public M&A deals, has pleaded various high profile take-over cases in the Dutch courts and has assisted various corporates and financial institutions with respect to corporate and regulatory investigations.
