Jason H. Silvera is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Jason advises private equity firms and public and private companies on mergers and acquisitions in a broad range of industries, including retail, sports, entertainment and media, internet and technology, real estate, defense, logistics, and manufacturing. Jason is the former Global Vice Chair of the firm's Corporate Department, and Chair of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.

Jason regularly garners recognition for his skill in handling high-profile transactional work on behalf of private equity firms.

Jason serves as a board member of the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank and Los Angeles Team Mentoring.
