Jason defends a broad spectrum of commercial litigation. He represents companies and their directors and officers in wide-ranging shareholder disputes, including securities class actions, derivative lawsuits, and challenges to mergers and acquisitions. He advises boards of directors and special litigation committees in conducting internal investigations and responding to shareholder litigation and demands. In addition to defending private claims, Jason regularly represents businesses in litigation with the government, including cryptocurrency litigation and challenges to financial regulations.
