He helps clients with the formation, acquisition, disposition, operation, and liquidation of business entities of all types and sizes and he has served clients, including several high-growth companies, in the fields of real estate, advanced technologies, health care, senior housing, agriculture, manufacturing, insurance, and finance.

Jason currently serves as the Chair of the Dentons Davis Brown Mergers & Acquisition Practice Group and is a Practice Leader in the Corporate Area of Law.
