Javier Vinuesa has more than 20 years of professional experience. He is a specialist in Spanish and international Tax Law, corporate taxation, tax controversies and wealth planning.

He has led transactional tax teams, advising on M&A transactions, restructurings, complex real estate transactions, etc. He also advises in audiovisual matters (production, financing and distribution of content) and film, theatre and live shows producers in the structuring of their tax credits in Spain. Career

Javier joined GA_P in 2009 and was promoted partner in 2012. During 2018 and 2019 he was the head of the Tax department of the Madrid office at Andersen. In 2020 he has returned to GA_P as a partner of the Tax Team.
