Jay Tambe leads Jones Day's global Financial Markets Practice. He advises financial institutions on disputes concerning securities, derivatives, CDOs and other complex financial products. Many of his cases concern allegations of anti-trust violations and other market misconduct. Jay is well-versed in navigating international discovery and judgment enforcement. Jay has litigated precedent-setting litigations involving CDSs, CLOs, CDOs, CLNs, and other structured investments. He provides pre-litigation advice on risk identification and mitigation and is a frequent speaker on these topics.
