Jean specialises in a wide range of debt and equity capital markets transactions as well as US securities work, including US regulatory and compliance matters.
She regularly advises Chinese clients on US legal issues including OFAC sanctions laws, US tax matters, US Investment Company Act issues and FATCA. She also works on compliance and private placement matters for Chinese issuers listed on the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
