Jean is an expert in international banking and finance transactions. She has a wide breadth of financing experience from structured trade and commodity, leveraged/pre-IPO financing, real estate finance and restructuring. Her significant experience is advising on a variety of cross-border financings in Europe and Asia.

Jean has extensive experience advising banks and trading companies on trade finance structures across the globe, particularly in emerging markets in Asia and Latin America. Jean's practice covers financings on a diverse range of commodities such as oil, coal, copper, nickel, cocoa, cashew and soya beans. She has significant experience and knowledge in relation to multi-jurisdictional trade receivables purchase facilities, supply chain finance techniques and export financing (ECA-backed finance).

Jean also has experience advising banks on the preparation and updates of various transactional banking products relating to cash and liquidity management products and trade finance.
