Jennifer Stam is a restructuring and insolvency lawyer. Her practice focuses on commercial insolvency, corporate restructuring, corporate law, bankruptcy and financial services.
Jennifer offers a broad range of services including in- and out-of-court restructurings, acquisitions, commercial financing transactions and enforcement matters.
