JESSE KEAN has worked on a wide range of corporate and securities transactions. Jesse has extensive experience in matters related to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and has worked on a variety of transactions for open-end and closed-end investment companies, including complex fund mergers. His experience includes the launch and ongoing representation of global, emerging market and U.S. focused funds with a variety of market capitalizations, as well as ESG funds, liquid alternative funds, multi-asset funds, index funds, target date funds, money market funds, ETFs, sector-specific funds, smart beta funds and credit funds, certain of which use unique strategies, derivatives and offshore subsidiaries.
