Solid experience within the Shipping and Maritime Law practice (including more than 25 years working experience as a Spanish solicitor -Abogado-), covering both wet and dry shipping matters, private and public law, and particularly with regard to proceedings concerning carriage of goods by sea, cargo claims, charter parties and bills of lading (LNG, etc.), marine insurance, regular shipping lines, short sea shipping, civil liability claims, ports and harbors law, agency contracts, manning and management of vessels, marine labor law, vessel registration and finance, and sale and purchase contracts, amongst other matters.
