João Costa Quinta's clients are mainly private equity funds, venture capital funds and multinational companies. He is one of the most respected and recognized lawyers in the private equity market and highly experienced and active in corporate and commercial affairs, including related litigation. His name has been associated with highly complex and important private equity, corporate governance, and venture capital and M&A operations.

He is regularly invited to chair the shareholders’ general meetings and is currently chairman of the General Meeting of more than 20 companies.

João is Co-Head of Corporate and Head of Intellectual Property and Technology departments.
