Since 2008, he has advised on regulatory and strategic transaction matters to healthcare industry clients, including hospitals, health systems, physician group practices and home health providers.
Previously, Mr. Devine served as chief legal officer of a healthcare startup focused on providing pharmaceutical services to patients in the Southeast.
