John Marti is an accomplished leader and trial lawyer who has tried more than 50 criminal and civil jury trials involving complex white collar and regulatory violations, and conducted numerous sensitive investigations for both private companies and public agencies. John was repeatedly recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice with its highest awards for performance, and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
With over 18 years of experience as a federal white collar prosecutor and Department of Justice leader, and over 20 years of leadership experience as a Marine Corps Officer, John has a sophisticated and deep understanding of government agencies and investigations and extensive experience leading through crises. John drives litigation teams to vindicate his client’s interests.
