Career

John Sangho Park is a foreign attorney at Kim & Chang. Mr. Park has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project financing, and offshore investment with a focus on energy (oil & gas) and power related transactions. Mr. Park has been actively involved in developing and executing both conventional and renewable projects in Asia, the Middle East and North America and advises clients on issues relating to concessions, product sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, EPCIC, LNG off-take, and power purchase agreements.
