Jonas Premfors is a Partner and Head of Restructuring and Insolvency at DLA Piper in Sweden. He focuses mainly on acting as an administrator in bankruptcy estates, as a liquidator, and in the context of high-level company reorganisations. Jonas has vast experience of restructuring work and insolvency issues within a number of different industries, with a particular focus on the automotive and construction sectors. In addition, Jonas regularly works with litigation and arbitration, specifically on issues relating to recovery in bankruptcy and personal liability for boards of directors and owners. He also assists banks and other clients on issues relating to credit securities.
