Global Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department and leads the Civil Securities Litigation Practice. He has represented boards of directors, corporations, and other clients in a wide range of high-profile complex commercial litigations and arbitration matters, including securities, corporate control, antitrust and ERISA disputes. He also has extensive experience representing clients in matters before state and federal regulators.
