Jorge Adell

Jorge has broad experience in advising international and domestic clients in the areas of corporate law, M&A, strategic alliances, private equity and venture capital, reorganizations, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and corporate real estate transactional work. He serves as secretary to the Board in various Spanish companies. He advises companies from various industries including consumer goods and retail, hospitality, luxury and fashion, real estate, food and beverage and healthcare, life and sciences.

Jorge focuses his practice on advising international and domestic clients on transactional and corporate real estate work.

He has broad experience in acquisitions and disposals (including sale and leaseback transactions) of all kind of real estate assets, turn-key construction projects, real estate financing, joint ventures and shareholders agreements.

He has successfully advised clients from a wide range of industries, including hospitality, retail, offices and logistics.

He has extensive experience in hotel agreements, including management and lease agreements in the lodging industry.

Personal

Jorge Adell is partner in the Corporate Department with substantial experience also in Corporate Real Estate in Barcelona. He has practiced law in the UK, USA and Spain and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate, M&A, private equity and real estate transactional work.

Jorge is professor at ESADE Law School in Barcelona and also had lectured at the Pompeu Fabra University.

He serves as secretary to the board and legal advisor in several Spanish companies belonging to domestic and foreign multinational groups.

He also acted as in-house lawyer of the Barcelona' 92 Olympic Organizing Committee from 1990 to 1992.
