Josh Romanow leads Pillsbury’s Travel, Leisure & Hospitality team. Mr. Romanow is legal advisor to over twenty international airlines from Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East, and travel and hospitality companies from around the world.

A strong advocate of airline “open skies” and a leader in the global discussion over airline traffic rights and international routes, he advises airlines from around the world on licensing and traffic rights for U.S. operations; corporate, commercial, joint ventures, alliances and disputes; ACMI and wet leasing; passenger protection rules and other U.S. legal matters. Mr. Romanow acts for clients before the U.S. Department of Transportation, FAA, TSA, State Department, Customs & Border Protection, and other government agencies. He also advises hotels and resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, ticket agents, sports teams, online travel agents, and a variety of travel and hospitality companies doing business in the United States.
