Joz is a leading lawyer in the areas of corporate finance (debt and equity, including advising regularly on capital markets transactions) and project finance. Joz regularly advises domestic South African and foreign banks and investment funds on the African continent, and specializes in asset, mining, energy and/or infrastructure finance as well as equity, corporate, structured, leveraged and acquisition finance. Joz has particular expertise in both the mining and power (renewables) sectors.
