His experience in taxation, agreements related to the public sector and financing transactions have led him to participate in an advisory capacity in the most important governmental tenders. He has further engaged in rendering tax advice in public and private bond offerings in relation to the public sector, financial and investment structuring, public law advisory services, trusts, advice to pension and investment funds, bank transactions in general and corporate restructuring and acquisitions.
He is Professor of Tax Law (Grade V) and of Financial Law both at undergraduate and postgraduate level at Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de la República.
Recognised among prestigious international legal publications such as “Chambers & Partners”, “PLC Which Lawyer”, “Latin Lawyer”, “Who´s Who Legal” for his outstanding performance in Tax matters. He has been acknowledged as LACCA Approved 2024.
