We also have extensive experience in trademark, software and patent licensing, as well as technology transfer, franchising and service-agreements. We are able to assist in negotiations, as well as in drafting agreements that involve intellectual property as an important asset for research centers, universities, and R&D companies. We have developed negotiation strategies in agreements related to the following industries: motion pictures, software, publishing, advertising, art, and music."

Juan Pablo Concha joined Baker McKenzie Colombia in 1994 and was named partner in 2009. Although he can practice only in Colombia, he also provides advisory services in international intellectual property rights enforcement to multinational and local companies.
