Julien Rocherieux is a partner specialised in cross-border and domestic securitisation, factoring, derivatives and structured finance transactions, as well as real estate finance. Advises corporate, investors and arrangers. In particular, he has developed a strong expertise in trade receivables and vehicle fleets securitisations, equity derivatives, debt funds and project bonds.
