Justen Fleming is special counsel in Milbank’s Tokyo office and member of the firm’s Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. Justen specialises in energy projects and project financings and has a particular focus through the LNG value chain: from liquefaction projects in Asia and North America, through marketing arrangements and shipping to regas and LNG-to-power in a variety of jurisdictions. Justen's broader experience includes projects in the power, petrochemical and oil and gas sectors.
