Leong Kah Wah specialises in Shipping & International Trade and has appeared as lead counsel in landmark Court of Appeal judgments of the STX Mumbai and the Bunga Melati 5. He was recently appointed Senior Accredited Specialist for this practice area by the Singapore Academy of Law. He also has arbitration experience, being a Fellow of CIArb and SIArb and on panels of SIAC and SCMA. He is a principal mediator of SMC, and senior mediator on Law Society’s panel. He serves on the Advisory Board, Centre of Maritime Law, Board of SCMA and is the Vice President of MLAS.
