Practice Areas

We advise clients on all relevant areas, including policies, practice, and in-house documentation; terminations, redundancies, and disputes; transactional work including outsourcing & workforce restructuring (including TUPE transfers, resolution of claims (including dealing with trade unions); senior-level appointments & separations; equality & diversity, business immigration and secondments, employee incentives, and benefits; trade secrets (incl. team moves, restrictive covenants and injunctions). This year, we have seen a significant increase in the number of instructions to perform investigations related to workplace harassment; it is clear that our clients have moved to a zero tolerance against harassment and discrimination. We assist our clients all the way from investigation to legal action.

Katarina has over 30 years of legal experience, 20+ years of these with a focus on employment-related issues (incl. disputes, pension, and benefits). Her experience spans from non-contentious to contentious matters.

Her experience in project managing large international cross-border projects stands out in the Swedish market, where mandates often encompass more than 10, and sometimes more than 100, countries at the time.

Katarina is often named as an expert when it comes to strategic employment/management advice, as well as in executive contracts, compensation and benefits (incl. pension), and strategic consulting such as ahead of restructuring, acquisitions, or divestments. She is much appreciated for leading and carrying-through through internal investigations on working environment matters, including the legal actions that follow. Clients praise her pragmatic and solution-oriented advice.
