Katherine (Katie) Reaves is a debt finance partner in Cleary’s New York office. Katie represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other public and private corporate borrowers in connection with a variety of complex financing transactions, including acquisition financings, recapitalizations, secured and unsecured refinancings, distressed financings, asset-based lending facilities, high-yield and investment grade debt offerings and other complex financing transactions. Katie’s practice focuses on the structuring, negotiation, and documentation for leveraged acquisition financings, ranging from large-cap syndicated credit facilities to middle-market private credit and direct lending financings.
