Katherine is a recognised and well-respected extradition lawyer leading high-profile and complex extradition cases for the Kingsley Napley team, particularly those involving allegations of white-collar crime.
Katherine has substantial experience representing both individuals facing extradition and foreign governments seeking extradition, encompassing a wide range of jurisdictions, including many European countries, the Russian Federation, India, the USA, Malaysia and a number of Gulf States. Katherine provides advice on INTERPOL procedures and their relationship with extradition proceedings.
In addition Katherine advises and represents clients in a range of criminal litigation and internal investigation matters, particularly those with a human rights or international element, including bribery, modern slavery and corporate criminal liability for human rights harms or international crimes.
Katherine is co-chair of the Business and Human Rights Practitioners’ Network.
