Keith B Davis

Career

Keith Davis represents leading domestic and international technology companies in complex patent and trade secret litigation. He has handled matters involving telecommunications, processors, flash memory, semiconductors, databases, video compression, device manufacturing and packaging, and other electronics technologies. Keith also has significant experience related to standards setting organizations (SSOs), FRAND/RAND obligations, and patent exhaustion. Keith has extensive experience in Texas federal and state courts, but enjoys a nationwide practice that also includes California and Delaware federal courts. Before becoming an attorney, Keith was a practicing electrical engineer for a major defense contractor and a cellular chip company.
