He advises foreign and domestic financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity funds, initial purchasers, placement agents and issuers in private, public and Rule 144A/Regulation S transactions in securitizations of a wide range of asset types, including broadly syndicated and middle-market loans; residual interests; student loans; aircraft, container and other equipment loan and lease portfolios; credit card receivables; automobile loans and other financial assets. In addition, he has extensive experience in capital call subscription facilities and other esoteric asset classes. He also represents program sponsors with respect to a variety of commercial paper conduit structures.
