Ken has been the global head of Freshfields’ restructuring and insolvency team since April 2007. He specialises in complex, often cross-border restructurings and insolvencies, on both debtor and creditor side.
Career
Ken continues to be dual qualified as a solicitor in both England and Scotland, and has been a partner since 1996.
Professional Memberships
Ken is a fellow of the Institute for Turnaround, member of the International Insolvency Institute, and the former president of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association (ILA).
Publications
Co-author of the cross-border issues chapter of Tolley’s 'Insolvency Law'.
Personal
Ken attended the University of Glasgow where he attained a First Class Bachelor of Law degree.
