Mr. Lazaruk has more than 40 years’ experience in construction law with an emphasis on contract drafting and negotiations, alternate dispute resolution and litigation. His experience includes all aspects of construction law, emphasizing representation of owners and developers in the drafting and negotiation of design and construction agreements. He has a diverse background, including fields of law, design, construction, engineering and tax/finance. He has drafted and negotiated contracts for office buildings, affordable and high end residential towers, stadiums and public works/infrastructure.
