Career

Keren Shitrit is a Tax Director at Meitar NY Inc.

Keren has extensive experience advising on tax aspects of a wide range of international and domestic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, financings, inter-company agreements, equity based plans, and personal taxation.

Keren frequently handles tax rulings from the Israel Tax Authority, on a variety of tax matters, including group restructurings, tax withholding arrangements and taxation of equity incentives granted to employees and consultants. In addition, Keren provides ongoing tax advice to domestic and international clients (corporations and individuals).

Keren is also a Certified Public Accountant and prior to joining our Firm, worked in the Israeli and international tax department of Ernst & Young.
