Keun Ah Cho has extensive experiences in real estate transactions (outbound and inbound cross-border transactions). She advises overseas and Korean clients on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial buildings, hotels and industrial properties; development projects; and indirect investments through tax-efficient investment structures (e.g., REITs, real estate fund, business transfer, project financing, share acquisition, and acquisition under insolvency proceedings), among others.
