Helps clients during their most significant events—criminal allegations, government investigations, employee fatalities, chemical leaks, and facility explosions. Listens first and then advises clients based upon his experience both as a former federal prosecutor and as a lawyer, who enters process areas after catastrophic events in order to lead privileged investigations.
Helps clients define success after triggering events, and then works tirelessly toward that goal. Strong understanding of how to protect the attorney-client privilege and the work-product doctrine. Advises clients on process safety best practices including compliance with the US EPA’s Risk Management Plan (RMP) program and OSHA’s process safety management (PSM) standard.
