Kristy has particularly deep experience in class actions and government investigations involving privacy and cybersecurity. She has defended class actions and multidistrict litigation arising out of some of the biggest data breaches in history. She is also an experienced privacy litigator, defending and guiding clients in numerous industries in high-profile, high-stakes privacy class actions arising under the full panoply of state and federal privacy laws.
Kristy is also a first-chair trial lawyer who is often called on by clients to try sophisticated business-to-business disputes where hundreds of millions of dollars are at stake.
