Laetitia regularly advises French and foreign institutions (lead arrangers, senior or mezzanine lenders) or borrowers (investors, corporate, sponsors) on the structuring or restructuring, drafting and negotiation of complex financial transactions, acquisition or real estate development transactions, infrastructure financing, acquisition financing, asset and fleet financing, off-balance sheet and corporate financing, as well as refinancing transactions in these same areas.
Laetitia has worked on the PPP financing of the Seine Musicale on the Ile Seguin, which was the first mixed financing (banking and securitisation) of a PPP, on the mixed refinancing of the PPP relating to the Ministry of Defence in Balard and to the Palais de Justice (court house) in Paris. She advised on the refinancing of the Eiffarie debt for the acquisition of the motorway company APRR in 2012, 2015 and 2020. She has also worked on the financing of the acquisition of portfolios of logistics assets, hotels or EHPAD and the refinancing of the debt and development of a hotel group.
Laetitia recently acted for the sponsors in the financing of the development of a campus in Nanterre. She has been involved in the unwinding of several PPP financings (including recently the Nantes University Hospital). She also recently advised the concessionaire for the refinancing of the Tancarville and Normandy bridges and one of the potential buyers (not retained) in the financing of the acquisition of Equans.
