Career

I advise clients on their most significant transactional and corporate matters, providing practical and efficient advice that helps them stay focused on achieving business goals.

I am a senior associate in our corporate team in Milan. I have extensive experience in advising on significant transactional and corporate matters, with particular focus on M&A, in a variety of transactions involving various industries, including energy, manufacturing, fashion, industrials, automotive and packaging.

Working in senior positions, I mainly advise our clients on private M&A transactions, including deal structuring and financing, document drafting, contractual negotiations and process management in various industries like energy, manufacturing, healthcare, industrials, life sciences and information technology.

Before joining the team at Bird & Bird in 2009, I worked for a top-tier Italian firm where I advised on a large number of deals involving major Italian industrial corporations and several US and UK Private Equity investors. I also have experience at a 'magic circle' firm in London where I advised on equity capital market deals and public takeovers of listed companies.

I was also head of the legal and corporate department at a Unicredit-owned real estate asset management company in Turin.
