Louise is a partner in Dentons' Honolulu office with a versatile litigation/dispute resolution practice. Her employment practice focuses on advising and representing employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, proprietary information, non-competition and confidentiality disputes, and employer-employee intellectual property issues. She also conducts and has testified as an expert witness on workplace investigations.

To help strengthen Hawaii’s communities and connect business to community, Louise has volunteered on non-profit boards, including the University of Hawai`i Foundation and Child & Family Service, and serves as a director of Island Holdings, a Hawai`i-based insurance services holding company and previously, American Savings Bank and Aloha Airlines. She has served as a mentor with Chamber of Commerce of Honolulu’s YP Mentor Hawai`i program and Hawai`i Women Lawyers.
She earned her JD at Berkeley Law, University of California and her BA (cum laude) from Yale University.
