"We handle the entire transaction advice, from its conception from the urban perspective (land use norms, building permits required, among others), through its full development in the real estate structuring (acquisition, development among others), taking into account the tax effects of the transaction. We assist clients in the structuring, development and negotiation of urban and real estate transactions at a local, regional and global level. Our services include:

• Urban advice in relation to city master plans, land use requirements and limitations, drafting of urban instruments (including partial plans), application and proceeding for all types of building permits.

"Lucía Murgueytio is an associate in the Bogota office and a member of the Real Estate and Urban Group. She has seven five years of experience as a lawyer in urban and real estate transactions. She graduated from los Andes University as a lawyer, and coursed an urban law degree in

Javeriana University.

Her thesis statement, ""Money laundering with special emphasis in the effective and potential knowledge,"" received the maximum grade and was recognized and suggested for publication by the Law Department of Los Andes University."
