Luigi Verga is a corporate partner in the global transactions group, practising in the fields of public and private M&A and private equity. He is a member of firm’s global financial investors and consumer/healthcare groups.

He is regularly involved in complex cross border projects, and his experience ranges from providing assistance to industrial groups and private equity investors in connection with the acquisition/disposal of companies and businesses to the involvement in joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and special projects.

Luigi has been recently included in the ‘Elite’ band of the ranking edited by Milano Finanza Editor “I migliori avvocati e studi legali, 2022” in two categories: M&A Large Deals and Private Equity.

Career

Joined the firm in 2004. Seconded to the London office in 2005-2006. Partner since 2010.
